• Who is an ideal candidate for lip re-volumize/ lip rejuvenation/ lip lift?

  Any individual that has lost volume or was born with a thin lip is a candidate.

• When are results from a lip re-volumize/lip rejuvenation visible?

  Results from a lip enhancement are immediate, however we advise our clients that it is about 2 weeks to fully appreciate the results.

• What is used for lip rejuvenation?

  Juvederm, Restylane or Belotero can be used to rejuvenate the lips. Juvederm has FDA clearance to last up to one year with one treatment. Out medical provider will discuss which filler is recommended and discuss with you. Results last anywhere from 3 months to one year depending on the filler used.

• What can I expect during the procedure?

  Our Nurse Practitioner prides herself on making you as comfortable as possible. After a consultation you will be provided with a prescription for a topical anesthetic, which you will apply one hour prior to your procedure. We recommend you discontinue any blood thinner 7 days prior to your injections including fish oil, Vitamin E, Ibuprofen and refrain from drinking wine 24 hours pre-treatment. Please consult your medical provider, prior to discontinuing any prescribed blood thinners. Bruising is uncommon, but can occur. We recommend that clients take Arnica prior to any injections. We have Arnica available for purchase or you may purchase from your local healthcare store.
